St Albans City slipped to 12th in the Vanarama Conference South table after a 3-1 loss to Hemel Hempstead on New Year’s Day.

Cameron Lancaster scored his first league goal of the season to half the Tudor’s advantage but Dennis Oli added a third for the hosts.

The Saints now face a run of three games at Clarence Park, starting this Sunday against Gosport Borough.
