London Colney were beaten by Hoddesdon Town at home on Tuesday night.
Ben Andreos scored the only goal of the game as the Blueboys slipped to seventh in the table with two games left while the Lilywhites climbed to sixth.
The final two games are both against London Lions - at home on Thursday (7.45pm kick-off) and away on Saturday (3pm kick-off).
