Frogmore posted an impressive 276-5 in their 47 overs against Old Albanian III, largely thanks to 97 from captain Tony Albon and a quick-fire 53 from Duncan Fraser.
In reply tight bowling and fielding ensured that Old Albanian wickets fell at regular intervals and just as the rain started to come down and a draw looked likely, young spinner Jack Massey took the final two wickets, one courtesy of a great Josh Chapman catch on the boundary.
Next up for Frogmore is the visit of Knebworth Park V to their Recreation Ground home.
