HARPENDEN Town fought back well and almost snatched victory with 10-men at Arlesey Athletic on Saturday.

Matt Armitage was sent off for two bookings inside 20 minutes. Jimmy Warner then gave Town the lead.

Arlesey hit back to lead 3-1 before Harps powered back. Manager Christian Garzarolli introduced Dave Keenleyside from the bench and the midfield star scored one and made the equaliser for Chris Gregory.

The drama continued as Gregory had a late penalty saved and Town had to settle for a 3-3 draw.
