St Albans City Youth: Delightful dozens for U12 and U11 girls

U15 North crashed out of the County Cup, 4-0 in the semi-final to Hitchin Belles. POM was goalkeeper Ellen Fox.

Rosie McGahan scored U15 South’s only goal in their 2-1 loss to Garston. Aimee Smith was POM.

Hitchin Belles scored late to beat U14 South 3-2. Grainne Kellett scored both goals and POM was Ellie Holder. More reports online.

Claudia Smith scored a consolation goal in U14 North’s 7-1 defeat to Kings Langley. POM was Lorna Speed and Eleanor Keating.

The U12 Girls thrashed Bishop’s Stortford 12-1. The goalscorers were Ava Saunders (three), Katie Holder (two), Maz Horne-Batet (two), Jess Simpson (two), Sophie Veal, Laura Guifford and POM Sian Watson.

U11 North also scored 12 goals in a win at Bury Rangers. Olivia Banks was the top goalscorer with five. Also on the scoresheet were Charlotte Gurney (three), Amber Durrant (three) and Susie Weidmann.

U11 South won 2-0 against St Margaretsbury thanks to goals from POM Katie Hamm and Zoe Cowan.

U18 East rattled six goals past Highgate and Muswell Hill. Bachir Loussahi (two), Anthony Gosling (two), Josh Harpin and Callum Addison were on target in the 6-2 win. MOM was Matt Bird.

MOM Josh Bean scored both of the goals for U17 West in their 2–2 draw with Chorleywood Common.

U16 North lost 5-2 at Edgware Town. MOM Morgan Trotman and Charlie Bennett scored.

With only 10 men, U16 West lost 2-0 to Panathinaikos. MOM was Ben Yates.

Harpenden Pirates knocked U15 West out of the Challenge Cup, winning 6-0.

U14 West won 7-2 at Hemel Aces thanks to goals from MOM Ross Andrews (three), Matthew Nash (two) and Kai Takahashi (two).

Jack Hughes scored U14 North’s only goal in a 7-1 home loss to Belmont United.

Ryan Orde scored two and Jarvis Wilkins one as U13 North beat Hemel Aces 3-0. MOM was Thomas Geller.

U13 Central won 5-1 over Berkhamsted Raiders with goals from Nathan Hossen (two) and Nick Ralfe (two) Fletcher Hedge.

Aaron Peter (two), Ben Adshead and MOM Bradley Osborn scored for U13 East in a 4-1 win over Tring Tornadoes.

U12 North and Berkhamsted Raiders shared the points in a 4-4 draw. The goals were scored by Myles Donkin, Marcus Cunnington, Freddie Radavanovic and Tom Cooper.

U12 South beat Croxley Guild 4-1 in the League Cup. Tom Dodd netted a brace and Cillian Webb and Louis Baker-Madec chipped in with singles.

U12 Central lost 1-0 to Watford Youth. MOM was Elliot Smith.

U12 Orient fought back from a goal down to beat Park Street 2-1. Sam Beasley and Ollie Gilmour scored while MOM went to goalkeeper Logan Subramanian.

Goals from Luke Roberts and Jack Cullen gave U11 West a 2-1 victory over Welwyn Pegasus. MOM was Tristan Barrie.

Goals from Ben Shepherd and Thomas Coulling, plus an MOM display from Zahid Nasser, couldn’t save U11 Central from losing to Harpenden Colts in the Divisional Cup.

U10 West beat Hertford Heath 6-2 thanks to goals from Finley Rees (two), Finn Geoghegan, Jakey Chaudhry and MOM Archie Collins (two).

Martin Flore scored for U9 Victoria in their 1-1 draw with Hemel Aces. MOM was Noor Dajani.

U9 West won 3-1 against Lemsford Youth thank to goals from Jonathan Harris, Archie Connolly and Charlie Clark. Alexi Rojas was MOM.

U9 Orient won 3-0 against Panshanger Tigers. The scorers were Barnaby Amess, Cameron Bates and Harley Jack.
