SPENCER Clarke-Mardel scored twice and almost had a hat trick as the Under 18s South beat Chorleywood 3-1. Rory Suttie scored the other goal on his debut after converting a cross from David Shore. Luke Campion and Jamie Probin each played well. Goalkeeper Harry Honeywood and defenders Mario Concialdi and Jordan Parkin kept Chorleywood from scoring further goals. Spencer came close to his hat trick when he struck the cross bar. The South finished a dramatic clash with nine players due to an injury and a red card and Chorleywood also had a player dismissed.
Nick Glasgow opened the scoring and James Manfre netted twice for the Under 18s West as they beat Hertsmere 3-1. Hard working defender Jamie Peters was named Man of the Match.
Marcus Madden and Adam Tester scored for the Under 18s East but they were defeated 6-2 by Whetstone.
Carl Biggs led the way with five goals as league leaders the Under 16s West hammered Everett Rovers 11-2. Elliott Jay netted twice and further strikes from Ryan Maher, Tom Weaver, Greg Springall and George Collins sealed victory. Ryan Rickard and Greg Springall each set up four goals. The Man of the Match award was shared by Carl Biggs, Elliott Jay and George Figg.
Zahin Choudhury scored an excellent goal to seal a 1-0 victory for the Under 16s East in the League Cup against Potters Bar. Right winger Steven Orchard and midfielder James Lowthian were in impressive form for the East. Goalkeeper Haydn Dodge was named Man of the Match.
The Under 15s West suffered a 10-0 defeat away to London Maccabi Lions. Left back Laurie Blow played well for the West.
Luke Ferdinand and Craig McConnell each netted twice as the Under 13s North beat Gadeside Gunners 8-1. Other goalscorers were Max Andrew, Daniel O'Donovan, Cameron MacIndoe and Sam Bignall. Jamie Renfrew and Sebastian Mannering played well.
Niall Watts opened the scoring and Andy Cox cracked home a 25-yard free kick and Nathan Greaves netted a third but the Under 13s South were stung 4-3 by Chorleywood Scorpions. Noah Grisenthwaite set up a goal and defender Morgan Williams and midfielder Jamie Moroney each played well.
Goals from Kit Osborn, Matt Cross and Luke King helped the Under 12s North hit back from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 with Brady Maccabi in the Blue Division. Defender Mark Hodsdon and midfielder Jack Collard played well.
The Under 12s East put in a battling display against Hemel Aces losing out 5-4. Alex Port, Anthony Gosling, Jordan Warshawsky and Man of the Match Callum Glennister scored the goals.
Robbie PennThomas scored twice as the Under 10s West beat Victoria Park A 5-2. Harry Deacon, Harry Lewis and Harry Hawkes also scored. The West then beat Victoria Park B 2-0 with goals from Ben Pattison and Liam Murphy.
Alfie Booth and Tom Levy each scored five goals as the Under 9s North romped to an 18-0 victory against Eastberry Farm. Further goals from Daniel Newton (two), Youness Bakhti (two), Llias Bakhti (two), Daniel Emovon and Daniel Osborn sealed the win.
The Under 9s South lost 3-0 against Abbots Youth. Midfielder Adam Skinner put in an excellent performance.
The Under 15s Girls continued their fine form with a 4-3 victory at Flitwick Eagles. Christina Freestone scored a hat trick and Sami May secured the win with a penalty. Outstanding right back Kirsty Daisley was named Player of the Match.
Lauren Dunbar scored a hat trick as the Under 12s Girls beat Hoddesdon Owls 7-1. Goalkeeper Louise Herren made some fine saves and the other goals were scored by Ciara Kirrilou (two) and Demi Harris (two).
Sabrina Illian scored with a fine free kick but the Under 11s Girls were defeated 4-1 at Tottenham. Nikiata Binnall was named Player of the Match.
