Skew took the Knockout Cup title with a hard-fought 1-0 over Blackberry Jacks.

The all important goal came in the second half from Chris Brothwood but the winners had goalkeeper Ricky Figg to thank for maintaining their clean sheet with some vital saves.

Wheathampstead's win came with a 3-1 success over Marshalswick Rovers in the Herts Ad Junior Cup Final.

It was Rovers' first appearance in a Sunday final and they put in a solid performance but goals from Adam Hall, Lee Goldsmith and Liam Picton gave title-chasing Wheathampstead the first of a potential double.

AFC London Road are champions in all but name after two goals from Jay Caines and an outstanding show from Eamon Rogers earned a 2-1 win over Mermaid.

They still need a point to make sure but only FC Potters Bar can now catch them.

Nathan Lock hit a hat-trick as Pioneer Selection beat Brookmans Park A 6-2 in Division Three.

Jamie Sharp, Gavin Klinger and Shaun Wright got the others with Toby Hanlon and Scott de le Fuente scoring for Park.

Blacksmiths Res completed the double over Hatfield Mosquito with a 2-1 victory, courtesy of goals from Daniel James and Jordan Cocomazzi. Joe Bragg was Blacksmiths' outstanding player.

In Golding Cup Division B Harpenden Colts OBs had to battle to a win over Royston Rangers Res, despite the 4-0 score. John Addy and Edi Bokcui both scored two goals for the Colts.

Patrick Brown was man of the match for the Colts, following some mazy runs down the right wing while Sam Parchment was Royston's star man.

The top marksmen of the day were Welwyn Warriors who won 12-0 against Forza Watford.

James Todd was the main reason behind that as he bagged an incredible nine goals.
