Archant

London Colney were left wondering how they didn’t score after their goalless draw at Cockfosters on Tuesday.

Goalkeeper Luke Pierce was in inspired form as he continually frustrated the Blueboys, who were forced to settle for a point, which keeps them in 10th place in the SSML Premier Division table.

They can, however, leapfrog the three teams directly above them if they beat Hoddesdon Town on Saturday at home and other results go their way. The 16th-placed team won the reverse fixture 2-0 back in October.
