Jon Clements was the star of the show as AFC London Road completed a league and cup double by lifting the Herts Advertiser Sunday League Intermediate Cup.
The former Welwyn Garden City and London Colney striker scored four times in their 7-0 win over FC Potters Bar.
Both teams have impressed on their first season in the league but Bar simply couldn't live with the quick-fire Road forwards who scored three times in the opening 10 minutes.
It was five by half-time in the Clarence Park contest as they continued to show no mercy.
Bar did improve after the break though and restricted the chances but it was too late to alter the outcome.
As well as Clements there were goals for Eamon Rogers, Spencer Clarke-Mardel and Alex English.
That game was followed by Skew Bridge's fifth Challenge Cup final success thanks to a 3-1 win over Hilltop.
They started well, taking the game to Hill, and it was no surprise when Tom Collins opened the scoring.
Hilltop did grow into the game but found Andy Saul and Tom Smith an impenetrable obstacle and that foundation allowed Skew to double their lead before half-time through Harry Hunt.
Hilltop keeper Ben Power made two good saves to deny Jimmy Hartley and Hunt before the game turned back the way of Hilltop following a red card for Skew.
A low drive halved the advantage but Hunt finally made the game safe after breaking away and lofting the ball over Power.
But while the drama of the cup was being played out there was still some league fixtures taking place.
