STRIKER Tom Youngs signed forms ahead of the new campaign and came off the bench for City in the Blue Square South matches on Saturday and Monday.

Youngs enjoyed his best goalscoring run for Cambridge United between 1997 and 2003 before moving to Northampton and then featuring for Leyton Orient, Bury and Stafford Rangers. City manager Steve Castle said: "We need to monitor Tom in training and see what the situation is. He has been out of the game for a while. He is experienced and we will assess him on a weekly basis.
