MANAGER Steve Castle is hoping that striker Paul Hakim will now embark on a scoring spree after netting on Saturday to defeat Bath City.

Hakim found the net for the first time since August and the goal was a reward for his lively and energetic display after coming off the bench. Castle said: "Paul Hakim was a little bit angry because while he hasn't scored, the others hadn't scored either but we had gone with them.

"We got to the stage in the match where things were getting a bit stale and static up there. In a nutshell it wasn't working. We chose to bring on a fresh pair of legs and Paul did great having a point to prove. After he scored Andy Edwards (assistant manager) said Paul Hakim is back now and let's hope he is. When he is in full flow he is a handful and we know that if he keeps his head up regardless of what is happening on the pitch, he will get the goals if we give him the supply.
