London Colney 2 Crawley Green 2

GOALS from David Parkinson and Danny Fitzgerald stopped London Colney from suffering successive defeats as they earned a draw with fifth-placed Crawley Green.

The home side were staring down the barrel after going 2-0 down inside 20 minutes.

Five minutes in Robbie O'Dell's mishit cross fell to Tom Freeman who fired past Rob Munn.

Things got worse 12 minutes later when Chris Harvey headed home Lee Loadsby's free kick.

Munn pulled off a great save to stop Green putting the game beyond Colney and the Blueboys pulled a goal back before the interval when Danny Butcher and Dave Corran combined to set up Parkinson who fired home.

Josh Humbert hit the bar early in the second half and the off-form Parkinson fired over the bar.

Julian Robinson's side drew level in the 53rd minute when Butcher released Fitzgerald who fired low past the Crawley 'keeper.

Russell Gallagher came closest to hitting a winner for the Blueboys but his effort was palmed away by the goalkeeper.
