HARPENDEN Town were disappointed to return from Winslow United on Tuesday night with a 0-0 draw in their SSML Division One clash.
The hosts had the worst goal difference and by a distance had conceded the most goals in the division, so league leaders Harpenden had fancied their chances of picking up another three points.
After a lengthy spell of added time at the end of the match the final whistle was greeted with cheers from the 50 plus home contingent.
Amersham Town provide the next opposition for Harpenden at Rothamsted Park on Saturday as they look to get back to winning ways.
