ST ALBANS City management duo Steve Castle and Andy Edwards are still working around the clock to try and add new faces to their depleted squad.
City's squad, which is already missing long term absentee Lee Clarke, has taken a battering in the last week with defenders Ryan Frater and Adam Everitt both picking up injuries.
It's highly unlikely they will have signed anybody in time for tonight's game against Basingstoke Town but the club are hopeful that they will have at least one new face in the squad before Saturday's trip to Bognor Regis Town.
