London Colney will have to wait to avenge their 1-0 loss to Colney Heath earlier in the season after tonight’s derby was cancelled due to the wet weather.

The Magpies’ Recreation Ground pitch failed a 2.45pm pitch inspection. A new date is yet to be announced.

While postponing a derby is an obvious disappointment, it’s been an excellent week for both teams in the SSML Premier Division. Colney Heath beat Tring Athletic 1-0 while London Colney were 3-0 victors over Hadley.
