St Albans City v Dorchester Town

Tuesday, March 2 - 7.45pm KO

Season so far: Dorchester Town have enjoyed a recent upturn in form in recent months, and have begun to put some distance between themselves and the bottom three.

Roy O'Brien was relieved of his duties in November following the Magpies poor start to the campaign with former St Albans City player Ashley Vickers taking over as caretaker manager.

Vickers has had an impact at the Jewson Stadium with the Magpies losing just one of their last nine games, a narrow 1-0 loss away at high-flying Chelmsford City.

Last meeting: These two clubs last met on the opening day of the season when two goals from Ivan Forbes and a strike from Neil Martin gave Dorchester all three points.

Players: Godfrey Poku and Jonathan O'Donnell will be unavailable for St Albans after their loan deals expired last Monday, though Jake Beecroft has been allowed to stay an extra week by parent club Rushden & Diamonds.

City boss Steve Castle will have to choose between James Quilter, Rob Magwood and Ross Dedman as a replacement for Poku or he could change the formation to a 4-3-3 to accommodate the plethora of strikers he currently has at his disposal.

Referee (subject to change): Carl Fitch (Ipswich, Suffolk) assisted by JCC Mitchell and MT Cook.

CITYLIVE coverage of tonight's game will commence around 30 minutes prior to kick-off.
