April 1 judgement day for City
ST ALBANS City are set to learn the outcome of their appeal on Friday, April 1.
The Saints were docked 10 points and fined 7,500 after being found guilty of three counts of financial irregularities during the 2008-09 season, a sanction that saw them plummet to the foot of the Blue Square Bet South table where they have remained ever since.
The club lodged an appeal against the decision but risk increasing the punishment if the Football Association deems their appeal to be frivolous.
