Rugby League: St Albans Centurions, in conjunction with local secondary schools, is running a half-term Rugby League camp, which is open to boys of school years seven to nine.
The camp will focus on skills development, game understanding and team play and will be run by qualified rugby league coaches with the aim of being ‘fun but challenging’.
The number of attendees is being limited to 30, so to avoid disappointment register your interest by e-mailing centurionsminis@gmail.com or calling 07713472091. The session is free and open to all. It will run on Wednesday October 30 from 9.30am to 12.30pm and will take place at Verulam School Playing Fields, St Albans.
As the Rugby League World Cup fast approaches, the club is still running its Big Hit, which offers the opportunity to be part of Rugby League World Cup festivities with the semi-final double header at Wembley Stadium on November 23. Tickets are £12.50 for adults and £7.50 concession, for the whole event. The offer is open to all sports fans and big event goers in St Albans and for more info email centurionsandrlwc2013@gmail.com
