MANAGER Steve Castle believes this weekend's trip to Weymouth will be City's toughest game of the season.

The Terras are struggling both on and off the pitch and have only won once at the Wessex Stadium so far this season, while the Saints are still looking for their first away points of the campaign and Castle knows it's going to be a real battle.

"I think it'll be our toughest game of the season," the City boss told the Herts Advertiser. "They're struggling at home and they'll be anxious to get back to winning ways. From their point of view they're taking on a team with a poor away record and we've got to change that.

"One of us will be disappointed so let's hope it's not us."

James Fisher and Jamie Thurlbourne will miss the trip to Dorset as they start their suspensions but Solomon Shields returns to the squad after finishing his own ban.

"I'm pleased to get Sol back," said Castle. "Obviously it's going to be a bit of a shame missing Fish and Jamie Thurlbourne which is going to make us a bit more depleted but we've just got to deal with it and take it from there."

This week's draw for the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round saw City given an away tie at either Heybridge Swifts of the Ryman Division One North or Stanway Rovers of the Ridgeons Premier Division.

The two sides drew 1-1 at the weekend and the replay was due to take place last night after the Herts Advertiser went to press.

Castle was pleased to have drawn lower league opposition but says his team won't take whoever they face lightly, especially after last season's defeat at Harlow Town.

"I don't want to be disrespectful to other teams but they are lower league opposition and regardless of whether it's home or away we'd like to believe we'd progress," said Castle.

"However, experience has told me, and everyone at this football club, that that is not always the case and we'll treat the game with the utmost respect whoever we play.

Castle will have the inside track on whoever wins the replay with the suspended Fisher using his time on the sidelines to scout on the opposition.

"James Fisher is going to go and watch them (on Saturday)," revealed Castle.

"I think he'd rather do that than travel all the way down to Weymouth which was the choice he had!
