MANAGER Steve Castle is hoping his side can make it three wins on the bounce in the Blue Square South when they host Bognor Regis Town on Saturday.

Struggling Bognor have made some new signings in recent weeks and defeated Blue Square Premier outfit Lewes on Tuesday night in the Setanta Shield. Castle is anticipating a tougher test than the league table would suggest but feels if his side can build on their away wins at Newport County and Basingstoke Town that they can really push on into the top half of the league. He said: "The way the league is now it is really made for some team, and please God it us, to push on into that top half and get amongst the contenders for the play offs.

"Bognor have signed some good players in recent weeks and it won't be an easy contest but if we can play at a 100 per cent we can match a lot of teams in that league. It would be nice to get a home win, we haven't had one of them for a month or so. We are looking to get some sort of consistency."

The St Albans City Supporters Club are hosting a Quiz Night on Friday, October 31, kicking off at 7.30pm in the club house at Clarence Park. Teams must be of four or five members. Telephone Ian Rogers on 07714 145862 for more information.
