Munn pulled off a great save to stop Green putting the game beyond Colney and the Blueboys pulled a goal back before the interval when Danny Butcher and Dave Corran combined to set up Parkinson who fired home.
Josh Humbert hit the bar early in the second half and the off-form Parkinson fired over the bar.
Julian Robinson's side drew level in the 53rd minute when Butcher released Fitzgerald who fired low past the Crawley 'keeper.
Russell Gallagher came closest to hitting a winner for the Blueboys but his effort was palmed away by the goalkeeper.
