St Albans Striders were slightly under-strength last Sunday at the Standalone 10k in Letchworth. However, Ed Blake won the Herts County 10k silver medal and was third in the race overall in a personal best time of 34:01.
Lizzie Barber was first in the ladies veteran 55+ category by about a kilometre. The Striders finishers were as follows:
