St Albans City Youth Deaf grabbed their second win of the English Deaf League season with a 4-2 success against Brighton DFC.
It was also the team’s first win at home and come courtesy of two goals from Kevin Walker and one each from Reece McDonald and Simon Eyers.
The match also saw the return of the team’s director of football, Pete Bishop, who made his long awaited comeback after an almost six-month injury lay-off.
A spokesman for the club said: “This was a much needed win and will hopefully boost the players for rest of the season.”
