ARSENAL international strikers Ju Young Park and Marouane Chamakh visited St Albans yesterday to support a secondary school’s successful attempt at smashing a decade-long Guinness World Record.
They joined boys at St Columba’s College for a final practice before yesterday afternoon’s bid to break the world record for the most consecutive football passes.
The school successfully topped the existing world record by passing the ball over 600 times between players, with no one kicking the ball more than once. Guinness World Records has to now verify the achievement.
The challenge doubled as a fundraiser to support young people in Kenya.
