St Albans Athletics Club continued their excellent performances at the Chiltern Cross-country League - with the U13 girls' team once again dominant.
The second round of the league took the athletes to Teardrop Lake in Milton Keynes where they moved almost 50 points clear of the home-town AC.
Georgia Tongue finished third after powering up the challenging short hill and around the firm grass course.
Team-mates were packed closely behind with Emma Treloar, Bella Kerry, Lily Kennedy, Beth Lawson and Erin Russel securing a superb overall score.
Not to be outdone the U11 boys were equally as impressive, also finishing in first place.
Jonah McNaught and Conor Treloar were their first finishers in seventh and eighth with the other scorers being Dan Kennedy, Mark Bansaghi and Harry Hirst.
There were debutants to the discipline too with Adam Healey coming 13th for the U15 boys Kate Kyle 25th in the U17 girls' race.
Keira Stern, Sophie Jacobs, Sarah McGrath and Zoe Hilton were the other top-10 finishers for the club in the other age groups.
Some of the club were racing for their schools at the English Schools Cup and there were outstanding performances for Alexander McDonald and Dillon Smith of Columbus College and Sandringham's Lily Tse, Annabel Hedge and Becky Cray.
