St Albans City Youth has installed a defibrillator in the pavilion at Highfield Park.
Cllr Annie Brewster, patron of the club, was on hand at the unveiling of the defibrillator, which will be available to all community users of the pavilion. along with City Youth Apprentice Coach George Calverley.
The club has also purchased a second defibrillator which will be installed at Nichols Breakspear School. In addition, SACY is also supporting the plan to install a defibrillator at Greenwood Park.
St Albans City Youth FC is a registered charity that provides organised sporting activities for almost 70 teams from U7 to U18 for boys, girls and disabled players.
