London Colney manager Ryan Thompson has added to his already potent attack by signing Potters Bar Town’s James Ewington.
Ewington scored 12 goals in the first half of Bar’s Southern League Division One Central campaign - including a five-goal haul in a 6-5 win over Chalfont St Peter - and he will now bring his skills to Cotlandswick as the Blueboys look to build on a promising start to the SSML Premier Division season. He also scored two in three appearances while on dual registration with Harpenden Town.
He will join a front line that already boasts Elliot Bailey, who is on dual registration with St Albans City, and top-scorer Jimmy Hill.
The Blueboys welcome Stotfold to Cotlandswick on Saturday, 3pm kick-off.
