Skew Bridge set up an all Herts Ad Sunday League final by beating AFC Boars 4-1 to reach the Herts Sunday Cup’s showpiece game.

Tom Smith opened the scoring from the penalty spot after Harry Hunt was hauled down but it was cancelled out by Boars.

The second half was all Skew Bridge and goals from Gary Finlay, Smith and Hunt secured their passage to the final, where they will play Nicholas Breakspear OB at the County Ground on March 22.

KNOCKOUT CUP: AFC Rangers qualified for the final of the Knockout Cup with a 5-0 win over Precision.

DIVISION ONE: Bull & Jacks completed the double over Brookmans Park with a 2-1 scoreline. Callum Bayliss scored for Park.

DIVISION TWO: A solid team performance saw Pennine Spartans come away with all three points away to Garston. Adam Durrant kept up his scoring run with the first, before Scott Dennis sealed the 2-0 win.

DIVISION THREE: St Albans Rangers handed Church End their first loss of the season. Christy Torrens, Ryan Dixon and Charlie Betts scored in the 3-1 win. Carl Edwards netted for Church End.

DIVISION FOUR: Queens Head Reserves maintained top spot after a 5-0 win over St Albans Royals. Gary Hatchett (two), Jak Hamilton, Harry Seeby and Matt Bulcer were on the scoresheet.

A goal from Ali Challans and a fine performance from Robert Deveau earned Oaks a share of the spoils in a 1-1 draw against AFC Welwyn.

Tom Clayton earned Snug Bar a 1-1 draw gainst Nicholas Breakspear OB 90.

DIVISION FIVE: In a 10-goal thriller, George Redbourn and Stonewood Reserves shared the points. Redbourn’s scorers were Ben Hutton, Ali Dearman, Lee Goldsmith, Ian Ward and Marco Capontes. Daniel Hedges (three), Alex Redwood and Ryan Smith replied for Stonewood.

Bricket Wood, playing their last home game, fell to a 4-0 defeat against second-placed Bradmore Rovers. The goals came from Jordan Frowd (two), Stewart Gilroy and Paul Ricketts.

League leaders The Ridge completed the double over Cannon Reserves, winning 5-1, their 11th victory of the season. Cannon’s goal came from Cocomazzi.
