Helen Cartlidge was the first female Strider and first FV35 home in 44.34 with Anna Buckingham crossing the finishing line in 46.39.

Nicky Laitner finished as third FV45 in 47.52 with Judy Willits hot on her heels in 47.54.

Binh Tang accompanied her son in the 2k fun run while Richard Evans, not content with just running the Wheathampstead 10k, also ran from St Albans to the event and back, clocking up a notable 17 miles.

Elsewhere, Donna Irwin achieved a PB of 48.08 at the High Easter 10k and Jack Brooks completed the Richmond Park Trail Marathon in 4.33.42.
