Notice of an application under the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Verulam Golf Club in respect of premises known as Verulam Golf Club Limited, 226 London Road, St Albans. AL11JG applied to St Albans City and District Council for a grant of a premises licence.
The proposed application is to allow for music events throughout the year. The hours applied for are Opening Hours: 08.00 – 00.00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 – 01:00 Friday to Sunday. Live Music, 19:00 to 00:00 Thursday to Sunday. Recorded Music, 12:00 – 00:00 Sunday to Thursday & 12:00 to 01:00 Friday to Saturday. The Supply and Sale of Alcohol for consumption On and Off-premises: 08.00 – 00.00 Sunday to Thursday and 08:00 – 01:00 Friday to Sunday. To provide Late Night Refreshments 08:00 – 00:00 Sunday – Thursday and 08:00 – 01:00 Friday and Saturday.
Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE no later than 26th May stating the grounds for objection.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
