Notice is hereby given that Miss. Besime Armagan in respect of premises known as MOLEN’S CAFÉ, 35 The Quadrant, St Albans AL4 9RB applied to St Albans City and District Council for a grant of a premises licence. The proposed application is to permit the supply of alcohol on the premises between the hours of Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 16:30 and Sunday from 09:00 to 16:30 pm and providing recorded music on premises between hours of Monday to Saturday: 07:00 to 17:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00.
