Hamptons International took home the golden gong for Best Large Agency for the fourth consecutive year at the Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2015.

The event is recognised as one of the most prestigious events in the industry calendar and attracted stiff competition from agents across the country. It was once again supported by The Sunday Times and The Times, with the winners presented with their awards, by International rugby star and MBE Matt Dawson.

Awarding Hamptons International with Gold for Best Large Agency for the fourth year in a row, the judges commented: “Hamptons International is a leading residential property company which offers unrivalled customer service from committed and inspired people. Clients using Hamptons will receive expert advice from highly trained, professional and enthusiastic staff. The valuers and negotiators are switched on, and are increasingly proactive in terms of progressing the sales efficiently and in a considerate manner. The culture is people oriented and the executive team has worked hard to entrench this philosophy internally and externally, so the team and the clients feel valued and appreciated. They understand that the right values are a mind-set so recruit those whose attitudes mirror those of the business, and seek to reinforce this with thorough and robust training of the technical skills of estate agency, which is aligned to the business goals. It has grown its international presence and now has partnerships with over 7,000 overseas offices. Hamptons International is a professional and polished brand whose ethics and standards have led to extraordinary levels of repeat and referral business. It is a worthy winner of the gold in this category for the fourth year running.”

Hamptons International also scooped Silver for Best Training and Development and Philip Knight from Hamptons International’s Caterham branch won Best Valuer. Award winners were decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 20 industry experts. The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman, Christopher Hamer and Gerry Fitzjohn, VP of The Property Ombudsman acted as Arbiter.

Congratulations to the team!
