A young man was hospitalised yesterday (Sunday) after sustaining a serious head injury in St Albans.
The man, in his 20s, had ‘a fall’ on St Peter’s Street at about 9pm and was taken to Watford General for treatment.
He suffered a ‘significant injury to the head’.
A spokesperson for the East of England Ambulance told the Herts Advertiser that although the man was conscious and breathing he was not alert.
One ambulance crew attended the scene.
