A WOMAN was robbed of her handbag as she sat in her car on Monday afternoon.
The 36-year-old victim from London Colney was parked in Drovers Way, Hatfield, when she was approached by a man who opened the driver's door.
He demanded her handbag, which contained a mobile phone and money, and following a struggle he made off with it down a footpath.
The suspect was white, aged 30 to 35, and about 5ft 4in tall with a small build. He also had heavy stubble and was wearing a light grey hooded top and blue jeans.
