A WOMAN was taken to hospital this afternoon (Wednesday) after she was in collision with a car in Harpenden.
The East of England Ambulance Service was called to Aplins Close, shortly after 2.30pm. Crews from Harpenden and St Albans attended.
Ambulance service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: “A woman, who we believe to be 65-years-old, received injuries to her head and leg and following treatment by the ambulance crews, she was taken to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital for further care.”
