A WOMAN had her purse snatched by two men in a robbery in St Albans late last month,

It happened at 8.10pm on Sunday, January 23, as the woman was walking along Hill End Lane. At the junction with Bramley Way two men came up behind her, searched through her bag and took off in the direction of Hatfield Road with a purse containing a small amount of cash.

The purse was pink, from Next and with a silver buckle on it.

Both men were Asian and aged between 15 and 18 years of age. One was around 5ft 10ins tall with a skinny build, long face and a wide nose. He was wearing a black hooded top with the hood pulled up over his head, blue denim jeans and black Nike trainers.

The second man was of medium build and wearing a dark blue or black hooded top with the hood up and blue jeans.
