A woman was flashed while walking in a St Albans park this morning (Tuesday, June 30).
A spokesman for Herts Police confirmed officers received a call at 11.20am from a woman saying a man had exposed himself to her on King Harry’s Lane next to Verulamium Park.
The man is described as white, of a stocky build and between his late 30s and early 40s, with dark brown hair and a goatee beard.
He was wearing dark-coloured shorts and a vest.
