A woman in her 50s collapsed and died in the road in Redbourn yesterday afternoon.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service Trust confirmed paramedics were called to Lybury Lane in Redbourn at 12.30pm yesterday (Sunday, June 14).
An ambulance, Herts Air Ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance officer attended and treated a woman in her 50s who had collapsed in the street and suffered a cardiac arrest.
However, despite their best efforts, the woman died at the scene.
Herts Police confirmed they are not investigating the incident.
