A woman had to be cut from her car yesterday afternoon after a two-vehicle collision close to St Albans city centre.
The accident occurred shortly before 2pm in St Albans Road, Sandridge, near St Helier’s Road and Sandringham Crescent.
All three emergency services were called to the scene.
