THE winners of this year’s St Albans Food and Drink Awards were announced last night at a glittering ceremony at St Michael’s Manor.
From more than 400 nominations, a shortlist of entries was compiled by a specially selected team of judges, and residents were asked to vote for their favourites via the website www.allaboutstalbans.com
The winners were:
Best bar: The Peahen
Best cafe: Soko Coffee
Best Pub: The Holly Bush
Best Restaurant: Darcys
Family Friendly Venue: Inn on the Park
Local Gem: The Pudding Stop
Local Producer: Redbournbury Mill
