Jackie Bartell: 44, of The Rose Walk, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after failing to identify the motorist driving her Toyota Rav4 when it was invovled in an offence, as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on September 20.

Stephen Brand: 27, of Elm Drive, St Albans, was fined £125 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a quantity of cannabis in St Albans on June 15.

Daniel Gardyna: 33, of Abbots Park, St Albans was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after failing to identify the motorist driving her Toyota Yaris when it was invovled in an offence, as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on December 15.

Christine Norwood: 74, of Meadow Close, Bricket Wood, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and banned from driving for 12 months after driving a BMW 318 without insurance or a licence in Colney Fields Shopping Park, London Colney, on December 9.

Rajkumari Chadda: 74, of Charlotte Close, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Honda Jazz without insurance along the A414 St Albans Road, east of Wood Crescent, Hemel Hempstead, on October 4.

Stacey Bennett: 36, of Grove Avenue, Harpenden, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £4.59 compensation, £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after stealing Champagne and shopping bags worth £333 from Sainsbury's in Harpenden on May 3, and chocolate bars and crisps worth £9.19 from the Co-op in Harpenden on May 23.

Kenneth Edwards: 49, of Hollybush Lane, Harpenden, was banned from driving for two months due to repeat offending, and fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services after speeding at 38mph in a BMW 318D along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, south of Eaton Road, Hemel Hempstead, on September 30.

Rejwan Ali: 20, of Alexander Road, London Colney, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph in a Vauxhall Corsa along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, on January 12.

Suzanne Franks: 34, of Aldenham Avenue, Radlett, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Volkswagen Touareg along Watling Street, Radlett, while using a handheld mobile phone on December 14.

Lucy Lamb: 30, of Cassius Drive, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for driving a Skoda Superb without insurance in Oysterfields, St Albans, on December 18.
