Police have released images of a man they wish to speak to about a burglary, during which a car was stolen.

The crime took place on London Road in St Albans between 11.30pm on Thursday, December 28 and 4.50am on Friday, December 29.

The offenders removed a kitchen window to get into the property, and then stole a coat and keys to a brown BMW convertible parked outside.

They took the car and it has been not seen since.

Det Con Ben McGregor said: “We are doing all we can to trace those responsible for this crime.

“Do you recognise the man pictured? He may have information that could assist us with our enquiries.
