A Frogmore road has been reopened after a lorry fire but bus services are still not serving Park Street and Cottonmill.
St Albans firefighters were dispatched to the A5183 Radlett Road to tackle the blaze, which has been extinguished.
The 601 Uno service has been diverted via Harper Lane and London Colney.
