An arrest has been made after an unknown substance was thrown in a man’s eyes and a woman was stabbed in Radlett.
Police were called to reports of an attack on Scrubbitts Square at 3pm on Sunday, May 27, where a woman, aged in her 40s, had suffered puncture wounds to her arms and abdomen and a man, aged in his 30s, had an unknown substance thrown in his eyes by an attacker they both know.
Both victims were admitted to hospital, where the woman is still being treated.
A 52-year-old man of no fixed address has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and grievous bodily harm and is still in police custody.
