Nowhere in the UK is immune from disruptive snow next week.

The Met Office has said it is highly likely that St Albans and the east will experience some snow showers, which will settle in places.

Not everyone across the country will definitely see snowfall but five to 10cm is possible everywhere, especially in the south east.

This comes as part of the big freeze, predicted by weather forecasters after cold air is travelling over from Siberia.
