Following a huge thunderstorm last week district dwellers have been warned about the risk of flooding tonight (Thursday).
Heavy rain is expected to hit the district overnight and tomorrow.
County council spokesperson Gemma McKelvey has said that residents should check the roads before travelling and not to drive through floodwater.
She added: “With the scenes seen last week we would like to get the message out to residents.”
Drivers are encouraged to check for disruption before travelling.
