EMERGENCY repairs to a burst water main on the A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road close to the King Harry roundabout could lead to delays in this evening's rush hour.
Work was due to begin at 9.30am today and might have to continue into the evening rush hour.
Two-way lights will be in place to manage the traffic but drivers are urged to avoid the area if possible.
