A 16-year-old boy has been assaulted while out walking his dog near Clarence Park.
At around 4.45pm on Sunday, February 18 the victim was walking his dog along Brampton Road towards Clarence Road when he was punched in the face, suffering a bruised eye.
His assailant is described as a black man, aged 25 to 30 years old, of stocky build with short hair and wearing a brown jacket and brown trousers.
Anyone who witnessed the assault or has any information has been asked to contact police on 101, quoting crime reference F1/18/823, or report information online at www.herts.police.uk/report
