Herts Police has released a wanted appeal following a stabbing near St Albans city centre over the weekend.
John Witney, 55, whose last known address is Fellowes Lane in Colney Heath, is wanted in connection with a serious assault in Catherine Street in St Albans on Sunday, August 19.
Two men were taken to hospital with stab wounds after police were called to the street at 2.40am on Sunday.
