WALK round in circles in Bricket Wood is the message from the authors of a new guide.

Rosemary Wenzerul and Pat Blake have written a booklet entitled 12 Circular Walks around Bricket Wood which will be available shortly.

It has been compiled not only to encourage those who do not normally walk for pleasure but to record some of the informal walks in the village which are organised by local residents and take place on a monthly basis.

The walks are short, have been tried and tested and are a good way of getting out and about.

The booklet has been sponsored by the Bricket Wood Residents Association in conjunction with the Bricket Wood Society and copies at £3.50 each plus postage will be available from St Stephen parish centre on 01923 681443 from mid March.
